The room is boho chic and had everything we needed. Safe location with great restaurants and cute outdoor bars just walking distance from the hotel. Don't hesitate, book now! Friendly, wonderful staff, everything is kept super clean and from the moment you enter -it feels like fantasy Island. Because they really work to provide -a wonderful guest experience. I had an amazing stay at Era in Tulum! The hotel offers a unique, serene atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Tulum. The design is stunning, with local touches that make the space feel both luxurious and authentically connected to the area. The staff was incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The spa facilities, especially the cold plunge and sauna, were perfect for relaxation. The food and drinks were fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Argentinian lady at the front desk was super helpful and lovely! This is a hotel in a great location, with spacious rooms that don't get hot during the day. Superb cocktail bar just next to the entrance. During my visit, the hotel's wifi was not great, so if you are working remotely, check out Nuud cafe just around the corner, reliable wifi for calls.

I had a last minute booking and was a little stranded in Tulum for a day. I booked here and as soon as I walked in felt so at ease. Jumped into the refreshing pool. The Argentinian lady at the front desk was so sweet and hospitable. The room was clean & decorated nicely and the shower was excellent! The location is right off a road with nice restaurants and shopping. As well had a good little taco stand for those like me who like my street vendors!

One of the best places to stay in Tulum! I will always remember the staff to be absolutely genuine and accommodating and authentic people you can trust to have a great time. This place was the last place of three hotels while we stayed in Tulum and we were soooo glad to save the best for last! Me and my fiancee got engaged during our stay and the staff absolutely contributed to a successful proposal! (Thanks for the bikes!) Looking forward to coming back!
